Payments and credits
Credit and pass purchases are processed by external payment providers.
Cancellation
You can cancel the Katchat+ subscription at any time; it keeps its benefits until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Refunds follow applicable law and the payment provider's terms. Email soporte@katchat.app.
Unrecognized charges
Contact support with the receipt so we can review it.
Chargebacks
A chargeback may freeze the balance until the dispute is resolved.
